Any pharmacists out there - question about Canesten

I know the Canesten cream helpes to soothe/relieve thrush symptoms but can it actually cure it (as in clear it up) in the same way the pessaries do?

The cream has the same active ingredient in as the pessaries, just in a lower concentration, so it may clear it all up especially if you use the cream preparation that you apply intra-vaginally instead of topically.But generally the pessaries are more effective.
