I know there is a sleep topic, but it's mostly baby related. I've got a horrible problem with waking really early on work mornings (4am today) and not being able to go back to sleep. By the time I get to work I'm already exhausted! I have a 2 yo so don't get to catch up much on other mornings. Fortunately it's only two days a week, but it is awful.
I don't worry about the job, particularly, although I certainly don't love it at the moment. Any tips?
