Tepid baths in bicarb of soda might help dry the spots up.

lol, the nurses are giving advice over the phone 'get the lotion which is oil based' bless them.

If you've had it you can't carry it as such but it is possible to get it more than once. Can you speak to your gp as top what precautions they'd suggest, perhaps they could check your immunity status.

i have spots on my back, cant see them properly tho.
