This is embarrassing,

Ok so I have a health problem, I keep getting this discharge which looks like green flemy snott, I don't want to make love to my partner because of this I've seen a doctor but can't get a diagnose as it is difficult to capture so to speak, it come and goes anyone have a similar thing or know what this may be??

Youre obviously worried,Take yourself to the local sexual health clinic. There is one at most hospitals. They usually have a drop in clinic and will be able to tell you if it is normal or not. Benefits are they can normally help you very quickly. They speacialise in womens bits.

Sounds like it could be an infection. Have they taken a vaginal swab to send to the lab?

Yes.. Came bk clear.. Everytime they do one they say it's clear,,??

Did they just do a high vaginal swab? For certain infections they need to make a wet prep or do a slightly higher swab. Would agree with liquorice re going to the sexual health clinic as they're really good with this sort of thing.

it sounds like trichomoniasis or bacterial vaginosis.

Odd question maybe- but do you wash to much before you go to drs and have a swab taken? If you are over cleaning yourself it's possible they can't get a good enough sample.

I had greenish cervical mucous (which tested negatively for all infections), and it was due to cervical erosion (caused by being on the pill for many years). I came off the pill and it went back to normal after a while.

Thank you for you messages.. I get it every day mostly in the morning, when I'm doing activities, or a shower or bath (warm) its kind of like the feeling of a period that's when I know to check, I may do clean to much due to the sheer embarrassment,but not extreme cleaning just a bit more than normal.. I've never had anything like this I do feel quite tender to touch but no pain whatsoever only sometimes during sex??
