Wondering if anyone can shed any light on a sensitive area....

Some of the skin round my anus (sorry!) is swollen and sore and when I was showering I noticed it felt like there was a small lump there.
I noticed it yesterday for the first time and there's no blood

Am wondering if it could just be a spot or maybe a bit of piles but I've no idea and my imagination is running wild!

Any clue?

soun?ds very much like piles..have you been constipated / straining at all?...is the lump soft or hard...if soft..wrap some ice in a cloth and sit on it and see if the lump goes down..piles tend to do this...

sounds like piles to me. get some germaloid or anusol cream OTC stuff, works wonders.
