Rotten cold

I have an awful cold, feel hot and cold and have headache, earache, sore throat etc.

Can't go out and get anything for it as am waiting for deliveries. My mom is dropping in some cold relief stuff but not until about 4pm.

Is it worth me just taking pain killers or not ??

I would take painkillers for the headache and ear ache. Poor you. Drink lts of fluids too. Don't worry about blitzing the house - it's more important that you get better in time for Xmas

Right, will hunt out the tablets then.

Have rung in work and told them I had childcare probs. Daren't say I'm ill after their reaction last time.

Have already vacuumed downstairs, cleaned floors, and cleaned kitchen, so will have a break now i think.
