I have 3 DC's and the youngest is now 10 months. I am back to my normal shape apart from a layer of fat on my lower stomach I just cant shift! I am still 4 pounds over what I was and it is this bulge which is causing it. I eat helthily and do cardio vascular excersie but cannot shift it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone else have this?

I have this, as do my mum and grandma. None of us is overweight, none of us had c sections, it's just what we're left with. I hate it, I really do, but noone else, including dp, is bothered, and you can't see it when I'm wearing clothes so I'm learning to mind less.

I did low-carb and also used this Mama Mio Bootcamp for Tummies Skincare & Exercise (www.mamamio.com/uk/body/bootcamp-for-tummies-skincare-and-exercise-system.html/). It worked really well and it only too a few minutes a day. Good luck! ;-) x

I do, after 2 sections, but I don't care about it as I know I'm fit and IF I get rid of it then good. If not, then I'm not bothered either way. Saying that, I'm more of a practical person and how well my body looks after 2 DC is way down on my list of things to worry about.
