Throwing up- is it doing the rounds at the moment?!

My poor ds has just had massive puke for first time in his life-he is nearly 15 months.
Wondered if there is a current bug going round,anyone else on here got it?

No doubt I will get it next

Dd threw up in a restaurant at lunch time. I think it was because she choked, but she puked and puked and I was standing there catching it in my hands...bleurghhh
