for the past couple of days ive felt really tierd .even tho i get up at 7.30/8am by 12 im tierd ,any ideas ?

Depends what time you go to bed!!!!

Any other problems that could be causing the tiredness?

maybe its the hot weather we been having saying that im a poor sleeper at night
