Im not overly sleep deprived - normally 7-8 hours sleep a night, but I do get overwhelmingly tired and if I dont nap for even 10 mins, Ill be physically sick.
Tiredness starting to hit now, so despite dd just being home from school, I need to go to sleep.
I know its not "normal" but is it reasonably common? Ive had it for about 4 years.
