QUICK QUESTION : Can theething make a baby cough?

DD is obviously teething. SHe has red cheeks and three teeth coming through. She has now developed a cough and I wondered if there was any connection. She doesn't seem to have any other symptoms

I don't think so, I think it is just the time of year for coughs!

I think I remember that excess saliva can cause them to cough when they're teething. My dd always seemed to have a cold when she was teething...
