Have been a bit of a teeth grinder on and off over the years but having a bad bout iof it at the moment as under a lot of stress. Have noticed new headaches which I wonder if are related. Intense pain and pressure feeling when I bend over or laugh or sniff. Anyone else had this - think its the teeth grinding?

Ask the dentist about a special tooth guard that you can get fitted to stop you doing it.

Could be tooth grinding but it does sound more like sinusitis. Hard to say without seeing you. Google British Society of Occlusal Studies, they have useful info.
