She thinks I should have a colonoscopy :(

Wasn't entirely prepared for this, so I'm a bit unnerved. For various reasons I'm feeling very mortal at the moment.

Just a bit of a worry I guess ... hope the wait isn't too long.

If they think it's serious you should be seen in a matter of weeks.

I had the opposite problem to you Grin, was referred to hospital at end Jan and had surgery mid March, having had 2 sep tests in between.

Fingers crossed for you.

The appointment for mine last year came fairly quickly.

I've had weird constipation (Maltesers!) and mucus and blood in my poo, lots of bloating and farting for the last few weeks. Very unusual for me. Dad has a history of bowel cancer - nothing serious, caught early, just dodgy polyps really. Trying not to worry but it's hard.
