he cant be unplugged from the mains atm, as the machine switches off. they are going to put him on his back up machine, then later on will move him to his permanment machine. scary stuff.

Oh god- thinking of you misdee. How long does the change over take, does he have to be hand pumped each time?

doesnt take long, it means switching on the new machine, conecting all relevents leads and then the air tube, the machine will empty for afew moments then carry on. no and pumping if all goes well.

h is now on the back up machine, new one will be down later on today.
