I am about to start taking a tetracycline AB for several months. How can I best safeguard my digestive health, as well as avoid developing thrush?

sounds a bit drastic, several months?? probiotics spring to mind, but not sure if they can keep up the good work with long-term a/bs...

Apparently sauerkraut (in brine, no vinegar) is a natural probiotic, maybe include that too (should work out cheaper long term than probiotics)

I don't like the idea of taking long term abs, but I like rosacea even less.

Fortunately, I like brine pickles!
