Lumps on the roof of your mouth I

I discovered a lump on the roof of my mouth last night and another while I was eating dinner tonight should I be worried. Not sure if I should see a doctor or should I see a dentist.

Where is the lump? Some are supposed to be there (like the two near the front of your top jaw/palate.

Is it painful? I get them when I'm a bit run down

Not really painful a bit tender when I touch the larger one with my tongue.
