Can you get anything OTC for something like this? Woke up this morning feeling like I'd slept funny on my tragus (not that you could actually do that), it's gotten more sore during the day both internally and externally, and now my other ear is starting to hurt. I think I'm going a little bit deaf too.

Can't get to a GPs until Tuesday, if it gets bad I'll go to a walk in. The joys of being horribly understaffed :(.

Nothing useful OTC really, AFAIK you can only get drops for wax, or something for swimmers ear which is rubbish and doesn't work, acetic acid based drops eg expensive diluted vinegar

On the plus side they will often be viral and settle on their own, plenty of painkillers, hot water bottle if it helps, extra pillows 'cause ears tend to hurt more when you are flat. See WIC or Dr if having fever or discharge with it.
