Have had tummy bug for a couple of days and today absolutely must go with DC on their creche trip to see Santa ... bus and few 'facilities' when we get there. No diarrhoea so far this morning but feels like it isn't far away ... will I do some dreadful damage if I take 2 Immodium before rather than after having it, ie. before I go?? TIA. Need to leave in a few mins so if anyone is around a quick answer would be appreciated
