I know this feeling, but it's always there asthma bad or not, I just have to limit my actual head under the water time to short bursts, so I can breath.

Is that waht you meant?

I tend to find steam helps rather than making it worse.

Asked dr at hosp about it tonight and he gave me an explanation as to why it makes it worse but cant remember it. Something about mist being like smoke he said.

I've found having the door and window helping helps, i know exactly the feeling sometimes i have to sit down quick before i pass out.
