Quick poo question re. 4 yr old

DS has had poo all week. I mean his poo is coming out like a load of malteser size bits and it's the colour of milky tea/coffee.

On sunday he was ill in the afternoon. Complained of tummy pains then threw up all over the car. He was right as rain 3 hours later though and apart from the pale poo has shown no signs of being ill.

He is eating normally.

Any ideas what this is about?

That should have read "ds has had pale coloured poo all week"

has he drank more milk that usual - dd's poo changes colour if she drinks more milk than usual.

Thanks Fairydust. No, very little milk. Thankfully seems normal again now - 6 days later!
