bleeding after exercise normal with a coil?

Had a copper coil fitted 2 months ago. Have had a number of probs (am on constant anti spasmodic medication due to it setting off my ibs and giving me terrible cramps. hoping this settles down in time).

This morning I did an excercise dvd and brisk walk but just went to the loo and have had a little bleeding. I also have cramping but this isn't uncommon since having the coil.

Is this normal or does it hint at a problem with the coil?

I had odd bleeding here and there and cramping when I had a mirena. also bleeding after sex. the only thing that stopped it was having coil removed...

i don't mind bleeding so long as it's normal iykwim. the cramping was nasty though - like straight after insertion pain
