I am a mum of 4 boys my partner is away working father to all boys may i add...i have had a big problem with booze since the age of 14 but mostlly in the last ten yrs....i just want some help pls xxxxxx

Hi juju4, I recently posted my concerns for myself, reading brave babes made me feel a little better that there are people who are or have been through a tough journey so I didn't feel too bad for myself but do need to cut down. Plan is to just weekends, I too enjoyed a drink every weekend as a teen then every other night as an adult, at first it was to chill out on an evening with dp but developing to every night, what is your average in take ? X

Hi thank you for your comments...i usually drink between 4 and 6 bottles of wine a wk :( Not good i know. I feel extremely embarrassed and guilty about my drinking. I would usually drink 2 bottles in one sitting. Thank you for your advice on Brave babes xx
