Just looking for some advice/tips from anyone who has experienced this or anything similar. I had an emergency section in April to deliver my little girl (first pregnancy) and recently have been experiencing a lot of tightness/stiffness in my lower back. This week it seems to have got worse and am wondering if this could be anything to do with my spinal anaesthetic? Any comments appreciated.. Thank :)
