I've had a bad knee off and on since about September. Its worse the more I use it but with 2 small children and a physically demanding job there's not so much I can do about that. Its been complete agony for the last 2 days and I have finally booked to see gp on Fri. I'm worried he'll say 'Cartilage' and book an op (to take place god knows when, given the NHS).
The pain is mostly at the front, across the dip under the kneecap. Its most comfortable bent at 90 degrees, walking is ok, but bending kills and if I keep it straight for any length of time, straightening again is excruciating.
Any ideas/tips?
