Stomach pain

Started this am, taken buscopan, ibruprofen and paracetomol no effect
Like period pains but no period and it comes in waves of cramps. No upset tummy or anything. Getting to a point where I'm struggling with the pain. Totally central. Wwyd?

Am still at work
Have had a cup of tea will make another now. Rocking from side to side helps even if I look deranged

Small update, been to gp who is 99% sure it's my gall bladder. Got prescription cocodamol to take. Its back with a vengeance tonight through my back as well

Def worse at night, he thinks its that because it was through my shoulder as well

If it's worse after eating, then avoid high fat foods as these will definitely make things far worse.
