Cures for bloating?

Yep, glamorous subject but I need help. I am so bloated it's untrue, it's making me uncomfortable and unable to get to sleep. I've got terrible morning sickness and the only thing that I can keep down is fizzy water and raw veg like carrots or celery, so that can't be helping. But what can I do?? Any answers that are not 'just have a really big fart' appreciated Blush

Fizzy drinks/carbonated water will not help!
Nor will raw foods!
I suffered with terrible bloating.. sometimes looked 7 months pregnant despite being normally a size 10!!
For me, cutting out carbohydrates and following Dukan diet did the trick... also check with GP could be IBS

Cut out all wheat products and fizzy water.

Fennel tea is great for bloating.
