do you have this? I only occasionally have a wheeze in chest. Have a wheezey laugh/cough though. How do you find your asthma treatment when drs cant hear a wheeze?

does that make your sats low or not?

Many asthmatics don't wheeze.

They may have chest tightness, shortness of breath, cough, limited ability on exertion, poor sleep, but no wheeze.

Or the HCP can only hear the wheeze when listening to the chest with a stethoscope, it's not audible normally.
