What are these spots?

DD (5) has 3 on her torso, appeared overnight. They are like proper teenage spots in that they have a white head on and the skin is slightly red around them. She says one hurts (I think she's taken the head off this one, but other than that they don't bother her.

Chicken pox usually starts on the torso. Has she had it already?

Yes as a baby, but only very mild. I couldn't rule it out, but they don't look like chicken pox spots - and she says they don't itch.

Molluscum can look like that, my toddler has it - but never a whole rash, just a few at a time. They do'nt itch, look like zits, and go on their own eventually - but I have no idea what age kids get this up to? Its very common in toddlers.
