Small swollen node on back of neck, and bed bug bites

...possibly related?!

Just got back from France, visiting family in rented villa, and covered in bites. Some of them on my neck, but not infected - just lumpy, red and very itchy.

I also discovered a pea-sized raised lymph node (I presume) to the right of the big (right sided) tendon that runs down the back of my neck - its slightly higher than the bites, which are where my neck joins my shoulder on that side.

Could they be linked?

Am slightly freaked by node, as had strange throat stuff going on on that side which warranted ENT man two weeks ago - he thought it was caused by reflux, but didn't actually look iyswim.
