Hoping to learn from others' experiences. Just been told of severe cirrhosis, with sludgy biliary ducts. I am fully aware of how bad the situation is; already at severe risk, with virtually no clotting ability left.
It would help to know what others have experienced, and what you think helped. Both conventional and complementary treatments would be of interest.
Not alcohol or hepatitis B/C related. No obvious cause, except possible close familiarity with paracetamol to help arthritis, and iron supplements. Aged 90 and 3/4, so medics think it must have been about for many years.
