TENDONITIS

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about tendonitis.
If you have had it, Where was it, How did you cope or cure it and What was the cause/s.
I have got it in both of my feet, one is under my ancle bone the other on the back of my foot above my heal. How can I work through this, actually work. Thanx for looking in, Cheers

You can't work through it, the more you work the tendons, the worse they get. Rest, ice and, if you are allowed them anti-inflammatories. good luck.

Thanx, I just had time off which helped a little, so I'm worring about takin more time off .
