Oh poor thing - is it a bug or something you've eaten do you think? Have you been able to keep any fluids down? You are probably feeling awful in part due to being dehydrated.

If you're now down to puking bile, and are still puking, they can give you a shot. I've had it once. Really works.

no help today, dd3 is being good, is fed and happy, dd2 is colouring in. was meant to be at harefield. feel crap as have only been in once this last week.
