Hypoglycemia???

I feel really unwell if I don't eat something small every hour or so. I start to feel quite sick, weak, tired, anxious and get a headache, literally the minute I eat I'm right as rain again! I'm not overweight, I eat healthily and don't have much sugar...

Could it be hypoglycemia?

what are you eating?I am not an expert but if you are eating processed carbohydrates then that could be your problem. Try wholegrain food and more protein and less carbohydrates. Have a google of Zoe Harcombe she has some interesting ideas on how we eat and hypoglycemia.
I would also suggest seeing dr if you are worried about it.

I was also going to suggest reading Zoe Harcombe's book.

How much carbohydrate are you eating? Do you like to eat a lot of stuff with vinegar and/or sugar?

Do you have any other symptoms. I would be like that when my thyroid goes over active symptoms. I would be like that when my thyroid goes over active
