Headaches on waking

Does anyone else often wake up with a headache? (not alcohol related!). I do sometimes but its worse if I lie-in. I sometimes get 'nagging' headaches during the day too but they're never really bad...just uncomfortable. has anyone else experienced this?

No, but pre dd i used to have quite a horrible sharp headache after a long lie in.

Dehydrated (not just a too much booze problem!!)? Blood pressure? Sleeping in a funny position - crook neck?

All of these things give me a morning headache.

odd question, but do you have your heating on at night? As it leaves me with a very fuzzy headache.

Colditz, I do yes...Ive been wondering if it could be the central heating since these headaches seem to have come on since the weather started getting colder...
