Headaches on waking

Does anyone else often wake up with a headache? (not alcohol related!). I do sometimes but its worse if I lie-in. I sometimes get 'nagging' headaches during the day too but they're never really bad...just uncomfortable. has anyone else experienced this?

Dehydrated (not just a too much booze problem!!)? Blood pressure? Sleeping in a funny position - crook neck?

All of these things give me a morning headache.

odd question, but do you have your heating on at night? As it leaves me with a very fuzzy headache.

Colditz, I do yes...Ive been wondering if it could be the central heating since these headaches seem to have come on since the weather started getting colder...

Grindinng your teeth in your sleep can do it.

Maybe you need a new pillow?
