Ds has very red swollen eye, after swimming. Can't get to Chemist, any tips?

It is very red and swollen, no discharge. He's been in this pool, loads of times before. Can i bathe it in cooled water like you do when they are babies?

Yes or cold tea - something in it (tannin?) is soothing. It does go- has my sympathy as pools set my eyes off
