ive been getting lately....

thumping feel in my throat and it takes me breath away for about 2 seconds.....what it is???

ahh thats explained it as ive been diagnosed with chronic tiredness, plus mild depression and anxiety. thanks

Yep I get this, its a bit like palpitations but higher up iyswim?? Don't know what it all means but could be stress and stuff

i do have high blood pressure but not on tabs but checked every month (my nin had a stroke when she was 40 due to hbp and im not far off from 40).......

is this anything for me to mention it to my docs about the thumping in my throat etc?
