2 day long headache

Ow. I have had a pounding headache since yesterday early morning. It's worse when I cough, sneeze or bend over (much worse when I bend over, have stopped doing it). It also hurts when I move my eyes from side to side or up and down. Last night it woke me up in my sleep when the ibuprofen wore off.
Is this just a migraine or should I trudge to the doctors?

Sounds a bit like a migraine to me - no expert. Think the weather has given me headaches recently.
If it's woken you in your sleep perhaps a trip to doctors might be in order, sounds awful. Have you got any other strong painkillers for before bed?

Could be your pillows. I often get really bad throbbing headaches that wake me in the night and have had scans and all sorts and the doctor maintains its the pillows causing tension in my neck which results in headaches.

Either way though they do say that if a headache is bad enough to wake you, you should see a doctor. So please do, even if just for peace of mind :)

Thanks everyone - day 3 and it's almost gone. I think I actually had some wierd sort of virus as I also had horrible pain down my legs which I can only describe as like toothache: wierd.
