DD2's temp is spiking again....

It's awful isn't it.

DD usually gives me really good signs when her temp goes up because all she wants to do is lie down and I end up checking her temp every 10 mins.

I hope it goes down.

I do remember having temps that came and went for a few days after the worst part of bad infections, when I was a kid. Then I'd start to get better properly. Hope its the same for Little Yorkie, and that this doesn't mean a relapse....really really hope she feels better soon (and that you get to relax!).
