Blood in wee - cystisis?

Ahem. I think a bout of cystitis has come on quite quickly (want to wee, burns when I do) bit there is also what seems to me to be a lot of fresh blood. Is this a symptom too? Period isn't due but am on coil so all a bit hit and miss. What shall I do? Thanks

Drink A LOT of water and get thee to the docs. Could be a UTI?

Doc will prob want you to do a sample.....

Sensible people will say yes, me, I work and know how it is. Can you get an appointment for tomorrow and maybe get a sample pot from a chemist or something on way home? Save time once there.

Thankfully I have a sensible doctor. I've done it by phone and will pick up ab scrip on the way home. Drinking water like a newly found castaway. Thanks.
