Cervical polyps - anyone know anything about these?

Should there still be really bad period pain and continuous bleeding even after the polyp has been removed?

I had a cervical polyp removed years ago. I had slight spotting for a day and that was it. No pain or bleeding afterwards.

Have you told your doctor or person looking after you because sometimes continous bleeding is a sign of other problems. You should get it checked out. I was told that there shouldn't be pain, i didn't have any, anyway.

It's been 6 weeks since the polyp was removed.

You need to get it checked out, that isn't usual but it might be something simple.
