Period - TMI warning!

I am at the tailend of my period. I just had a very sharp pain in the middle of my abdomen that made me keel over and passed two really big clumps of bloody tissue. What the hell? Is this normal?

No, but I understand you're worried. Go to the Dr and get yourself checked over. Will possibly just be an infection so they'd treat with antibiotics.

Have you recently been pregnant? Trying to conceive? Smear tests up to date?

I don't have much real knowledge of this kind of thing though so go to see your GP or OB GYN if you can get an appointment.
