Someone that i know is in a drug induced coma because of a brain haemorrhage. It looks like his brain was bleeding slowly over the course of a week before it "went" (sorry, i don't know the correct words to use.)

He isn't a friend but i do know him and we have mutual friends. I just can't believe that i can be talking to someone and then 2/3 hours later he is so seriously ill that the likelihood of a full recovery is zero if he survives at all :(

That's brilliant news PaperView. I hope he continues to get better.

I watched 24 Hours in A & E last night. That guys recovery was amazing!

He is being moved to local hospital today :)

All tubes have been removed but he still has a drip for rehydration. He is trying to speak, eating pureed food and his memory seems normal atm altho when he is tired there are glitches.

He is still struggling with his right hand side but progress has been amazing.
