Goddamned sodding sinuses

They are blocked. I hate taking sinus tasblets, they keep me awake. Any other ideas?

I sympathise. The only thing that provided me with any relief was the old fashioned head over a bowl of steaming water. Do it as often as you can.

Same here. Have turned to concrete in usual manner and sinus tablets make it worse.

I've just had a curry which is providing temporary relief.

Nothing much works for me - just have to wait. And wait. And wait some more. (Have done neti pots, steam, etc. Nearly had an op but didn't.)

So I'm not much help.

Saline sprays work for me eventually but I have to remember to do it twice a day for a few weeks. Potters cattarrh pastilles help me breathe again when I am really stuffed up but they smell vile. I don't like the decongestants either.

Ibuprofen is my latest discovery in my quest for a sinus pain free day

A beclamethasone spray from the doctor also helps.
