Bloody headache

Went to bed about half an hour ago and began reading whilst lying on my side, then developed an ache in the left side of my face/head - not sure if its centred on the jaw to be honest. Ive taken a paracetamol and after I got up to fetch tablet the pain had gone within a couple of mins. So I lay back down and it came back. Any suggestion?

Nerve trapped when you lie down?

i was thinking that avalon. I am suffering with a bit of whiplash for the last few weeks and it is on my left side - possible nerve trapped in neck

Is it any better on the other side - or if you give your neck a gentle massage?

havemt tried the other side to be honest. Tis most annoying

heat always works for me

i have filled a hot water bottle

i am going to attempt bed again as I dont think sitting in front of a comp screen will help
