Horizontal ridges on fingernails

anyone else have these?

I do sometimes on my thumbnails. They seem to coincide with times when I've not been looking after myself properly.

Ah, my biggest ones are on thumb nails and big toe nails although smaller ones on all my nails, have only noticed them in the last few months.

Just managed to reply to a 7 year old thread, strange!

my twins have just turned 2 and still feeding although only once a day now, do get restless legs in the eve usually when very tired.

Jeez need to go to bed!
