I just wanted to ask for some insight from others who've experienced these.
I've always been bang on 29 days like clockwork (even after childbirth!) but recently I've been surprised by a change. I don't keep track normally as I'm so regular but I've noticed a significant difference. This month I reckon it's been just shy of 3 weeks, the month before it was over 5/6 weeks. Before that 5/6 weeks. I gave birth just over a year ago, and was regular again straight away. I've gone since birth from 14st 2lb to 9st12lb (I'm 5'9), I've not dieted but I eat healthily and have an active-ish lifestyle. I've been stressed due to my 1 yr old son's health issues combined with a heavy workload, but not massively so, I've coped and been able to switch off.
