Yes, I get this - I used to call it "playground boob". And it's even worse if you are wearing a lace bra for your nipple to cut into. You have my sympathy.

I was in agony when I was pregnant with painful boobs when I got cold, the pain was just awful. Turned out it was Reynauds syndrome in my nipples, which I still get now.

In my case it's definitely caused by the bold, and keeping warm is the only way to stop the pain, but it's difficult, and even then sometimes it doesn't stop it.

I know it was wholey inappropriate but I used to have to nip off the play ground when I was on duty and give them a good rub or I'd have to spend the best part of the next lesson (usually maths) with my chest thawing out on the radiator in the classroom.
