Drinking Throughout the Day

No, I'm not an alcolholic

I've just realised that I haven't drunk a thing today, not even a glass of water. This happens to me a lot, and I've just forced myself to drink a glass of juice.

I just seem to forget to drink?!?! I know they say you should drink x amount a day.....

Does anyone know what effect this might have (skin/tiredness etc)

It's not the best for your skin, and can make you tired or headachey. Not sure if you really need as much as people claim though, because part of that water requirement is in your food. I'm the same though, I keep forgetting.

Saw a program once where one identical twin was told to drink the recommended 6 glasses or whatever a day and the other drank as she liked (but generally less). Tests were done on skin for dehydration and some other stuff and the results were exactly the same.

However a friend of mine got gallstones and the specialist said that it was because she didn't take enough fluids.

I fill a 2L bottle with water every day and leave it on the bench, to make sure I drink
