Rotavirus vaccine - ds already (just) over 15 wks but paed said doesn´t matter?

although all the web resources seem to say you shouldn´t give first shot after 14 weeks 6 days. Also confirmed with my friend (gp not paed) she said their guidelines agree with what I read. My paed was totally dismissive.

am a bit confused now.

You can start up to 16 weeks and then get the second before 24 weeks. Important - this is an ORAL vaccine. If the nurse comes with a needle - run!

Sorry roundthehouses , no experience of the rotavirus vaccine. We don't give it in the UK.
