Anyone had Thoracic Outlet Syndrome?

Seems to be a very rare condition but am at the end of my tether :(

Oh wow that's a long time ago. I had surgery on my right side back in September 2011. It dealt with the vascular symptoms but the neurological symptoms remain. In the last month I've been having problems on the same side but I'm not sure if it's tos or shoulder atm. I did see that there was an active tos thread the other day.
